The purpose of this promotional activity is to promote the Crom Campus platform and the social media channels of Briolf Coatings brands through a giveaway on the Roberlo and Disolac social media.

The social media channels of Roberlo and Disolac do not sponsor, endorse, administer, or have any association with this giveaway. Participants provide their information to Briolf Coatings S.A.U. and not to Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Instagram. The information provided will be used to manage participation in the giveaway and to notify the winner of the prize. Participation in the giveaway implies that participants release these social media platforms from any liability arising from the execution of the giveaway.
- PARTICIPATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE
Participation in the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is an essential requirement for participation. Dates: The participation period for the giveaway runs from October 5, 2026, at 00:00 until October 29, 2026, at 23:59 (Spanish mainland time). Entries submitted before or after these dates will not be considered, even if access to participate remains available. BRIOLF COATINGS S.A.U. reserves the right to extend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in cases of force majeure. Participation: The giveaway is open worldwide. Any natural person residing anywhere in the world may participate. Persons under sixteen (16) years of age are not eligible to participate. The following individuals may not participate in this giveaway: 1. Employees of BRIOLF COATINGS S.A.U. 2. Companies that have directly or indirectly collaborated in the design, development, or execution of this giveaway. 3. Relatives up to the second degree of kinship, spouses, and partners of the aforementioned individuals. Participants may enter as many times as they wish; however, the prize is limited to one (1) prize per person and per household address. BRIOLF COATINGS S.A.U. reserves the right to remove or disqualify users or participants who violate the giveaway rules, and to take any legal action against participants or users who fail to comply with the legal provisions governing the giveaway or who participate fraudulently.
- PROMOTION MECHANICS
To participate in the giveaway through Crom Campus, participants must enroll in and successfully complete, meaning pass, one of the courses available on the platform during the participation period.
- PRIZE
Once the participation period has ended, a draw will be conducted and one eligible entry meeting all participation requirements specified in the Promotion Mechanics section will be selected at random. A member of the BRIOLF COATINGS S.A.U. marketing team will then notify the selected winner, provided that the participation has not been fraudulent. The winner will also be announced through a publication on the company’s social media channels. The winner will receive a customized case containing:
- Walcom GENESI EVO HALO Spray Gun
- Additional 1.3 Ø nozzle recommended for paint application
- Pressure gauge
- Cleaning accessories
The winner’s name and/or username will subsequently be published on the Roberlo and Disolac social media channels and the winner will be contacted privately. If the winner cannot be contacted within three (3) calendar days, the same process will be repeated with the remaining eligible participants. By participating in the giveaway, the winner expressly authorizes BRIOLF COATINGS S.A.U. to publish their name and agrees to provide and allow the publication of a photograph of themselves on the social media accounts of Roberlo and Disolac. BRIOLF COATINGS S.A.U. will not be required to remove such publication after the giveaway has ended, unless expressly requested by the winning participant.

Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any declaration contrary to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, whether in whole or in part, shall be deemed a rejection of the Terms and Conditions and will result in the participant’s withdrawal and exclusion from the giveaway.
